ALABEL, Sarangani (September 5, 2013)- Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon presides his first Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) meeting as chairman Wednesday, September 4, at Kasfala Hall. The governor stressed to PPOC members that peace and order and security should be there where development is thriving. Gov. Solon dynamically leads the “Sulong Sarangani” campaign, with peace and order as one of its pillars.
