ALABEL, Sarangani (September 11, 2014) – Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon, Vice Gov. Jinkee Pacquiao, Mayor Corazon Grafilo (2nd from left), and Dr. Teresita Inciong (extreme left), executive director of the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD), join the people of Alabel in its 43rd Foundation Anniversary and 13th Kasadyaan Festival Wednesday, September 10, during the anniversary program. The officials called for the continuous unity and cooperation of everyone for the uninterrupted peace and progress of the municipality being the capital town of Sarangani Province as supported by the Sulong Sarangani program of the provincial leadership.
