ALABEL, Sarangani (September 11, 2014) – Sarangani provincial officials and Alabel municipal and barangay officials release balloons as a sign of thanksgiving and continuous unity and cooperation during Alabel’s 43rd Foundation Anniversary and 13th Kasadyaan Festival Wednesday, September 10. The anniversary program was also attended by Dr. Teresita Inciong, executive director of the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD), which has day care center projects in Alabel, and Alma Moreno of the Philippine Councilor’s League of the Philippines.
