ALABEL, Sarangani (September 29, 2014) - Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon congratulates the barangay officials and residents of Barangay Ladol during the groundbreaking of their barangay hall on September 25. The provincial leadership assured the barangay council of the assistance from Cong. Manny Pacquiao, Sarangani Provincial Government and Alabel Municipal Government as the new and 141st barangay of the province. The annual subsidy from the provincial and municipal LGUs will continue.
