GENERAL SANTOS CITY (September 16, 2014) - The 2nd SarGen Sportsfest in line with the 114th Civil Service Anniversary celebration with the theme “Tapat na Serbisyo Alay Ko Dahil Lingkod Bayani Ako” opens at the Oval Plaza Covered Court in General Santos City Tuesday, September 16. The event was organized by the General Santos City Government Employees Association.
