ALABEL, Sarangani (September 26, 2014) - A team from the Department of Public Works and Highways joins planters of thousands of Narra seedlings during the simultaneous tree planting in different locations throughout Mindanao in Sitio Kapyawe, Barangay Alegria Friday, September 26.
