GLAN, Sarangani (September 25, 2014) - Alabel Mayor Corazon Grafilo, Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon, Glan Mayor Victor James Yap, Sr., and Sarangani Schools Division Superintendent Isagani Dela Cruz are delighted by the presentation during the opening program of the 4-day Sarangani Provincial Athletic Association (SPAA) Meet 2014 Wednesday, September 24, at the grandstand of Glan Central Elementary School with the theme “Sports is a way of life.” The opening of the provincial athletic meet marked also the opening of the 15-day Centennial Celebration and 15th Lubi-lubi Festival of the oldest town in the whole SOCSARGEN, Glan.
