GENERAL SANTOS CITY (September 22, 2014) - Eastern Mindanao Command (EastMinCom) chief Maj. General Aurelio Baladad pays a visit to Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and Congressman Emmanuel Pacquiao on September 18 at the residence of Cong. Pacquiao. Maj. Gen. Baladad assumed the position of EastMinCom head, as one of the country’s largest military commands, early September replacing Lt. General Ricardo Rainier Cruz III who retired from military service.
