MALUNGON, Sarangani (September 22, 2014) - Children greet Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon in one of the elementary classrooms of the Center for Community Transformation (CCT) in Barangay Nagpan on September 18. CCT is an organized Christian response against poverty and social injustice. It serves urban and rural poor communities throughout the Philippines, in pursuit of a desire to see changed lives, strong families, and transformed communities. It was founded and headed by Dr. Ruth Callanta, who has no other purpose but to help the poverty alleviation program with evangelization so as to bring real prosperity to the community as similarly envisioned by Gov.
