ALABEL, Sarangani (September 19, 2014) — The phase 1 and phase 2 installation of 41 units of cost-efficient, pro-environment and support-to-renewable energy solar-powered street lamps amounting to P2.4 Million from the 2014 Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of the Provincial Government of Sarangani brightens up the driveways surrounding the Sarangani Capitol main building and along the highway fronting the Capitol compound. The phase 3 and phase 4 of the installation of 37 more units of solar lights will be made in the ensuing year at the back of the Capitol compound. (Kim Windell V.
