MALUNGON, Sarangani (October 1, 2014) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon greets the residents of Barangay Tamban as they celebrate their barangay foundation anniversary on September 24. Gov. Solon, under Sulong Imprastraktura with the support of Cong. Manny Pacquiao, Vice Gov.
