GLAN, Sarangani (September 25, 2014) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and Mayor Victor James Yap Sr. lead the ribbon-cutting and inauguration ceremony of the newly-renovated Glan municipal plaza Wednesday, September 24. The inauguration kicked off the 15-day 100th Foundation Anniversary and 15th Lubi-lubi Festival of the town with the opening program also of the Sarangani Provincial Athletic Association (SPAA) Meet 2014. Mayor Yap lauded the municipality's move in waste recycling, where the bricks of the plaza’s pathways are made of crushed plastic mixed with sand and cement.
