ALABEL, Sarangani (September 29, 2014) – Barangay Captain Wilfredo Suizo, Board Member Virgilio Clark Tobias, Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon, Mayor Corazon Grafilo, Provincial Legal Officer Atty. Chalmer Geveiso, Municipal Councilor Ronnel Espanol, Municipal Councilor Paul Allen Villamora, and officials from DPWH Sarangani headed by Engr. Elpidio Birog and staff of Cong. Manny Pacquiao bow heads for the prayer before laying down a time capsule during the groundbreaking ceremony of Ladol barangay hall on September 25. The construction is the product of a concerted effort of the local officials where the Sarangani Provincial Government provided the barangay site, the congressional office thru DPWH gave the barangay hall, and the Alabel Municipal Government with the province shouldered the backfilling in the area.
