Lowel Jay Batubalani of Baliton National High School of Glan won the gold medal in the 110 meters hurdle and Mark Dave Apolinario and Sherwen Tangean of Colon National High School of Maasim got the silver medal in boxing. Gold, silver, and bronze medalists in the individual sports category are entitled to go to the Philippine Sports Commission-Batang Pinoy Youth Games National Finals in Bacolod City on December 9-13 while the gold and silver medalists in the team sports category are the only qualified to go to the national level.
