ALABEL, Sarangani (September 11, 2014) – DTI Sarangani Provincial Director Engr. Nenita Barroso (3rd from left), Mayor Corazon Grafilo (5th from left) and other officials pose during the ceremonial turnover of DTI-Sarangani Grassroots Participatory Process (GPP) project fund to LGU-Alabel recently. DTI-Sarangani initially released P206,000 for the town’s GPP, a bamboo development project. GPP for Alabel has a total budget of P1.5 million. The turnover was held during the flag-raising ceremony in front of the municipal hall.
