GENERAL SANTOS CITY (October 1, 2014) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon takes part in welcoming the thousands of participants during the welcome night for the Philippine Councilor’s League (PCL) national convention at the KCC Mall Convention Center. PCL national chairman Alma Moreno (2nd from right) thanked Gov. Solon for the support. Gov. Solon lauded PCL, thankful for choosing SOCSSKARGEN as the host of their big event and encouraged the participant-councilors to visit tourist sites in Region 12 as it is one of the fastest growing regions in the country.
