GLAN, Sarangani (September 25, 2014) - Delegates from Malapatan showcase their dance moves during the opening program of the Sarangani Provincial Athletic Association (SPAA) Meet 2014 Wednesday, September 24, at the grandstand of Glan Central Elementary School. Thousands of athletes, coaches and teachers are attending the provincial athletic meet until September 27. The opening of the athletic meet commenced also the Centennial Celebration and 15th Lubi-lubi Festival of Glan with the theme “Glan: A Century of Sharing, Caring Among One People, One Culture.” (Kim Windell V.
