ALABEL, Sarangani (September 25, 2014) - The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) approves the authority during its regular session on Tuesday, September 23, with Board Member Elmer De Peralta of the SP Committee on Appropriations, for Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon to sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) downloading the P500,000 financial assistance from the Provincial Government of Sarangani to the Municipality of Glan for its 15-day 100th Foundation Anniversary (Centennial Celebration) and 15th Lubi-lubi Festival to start on September 24 with the opening of the Sarangani Provincial Athletic Meet in which the province facilitated by Board Member Cornelio Martinez Jr., provincial sports coordinator, earlier extended funds to help repair/renovate the grandstand in the Glan Central Elementary School as the venue of the provincial athletic meet.
