MALUNGON, Sarangani (October 1, 2014) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon celebrates with the people of Barangay Nagpan in their barangay foundation anniversary on September 27. Gov. Solon encouraged Nagpan, an agricultural barangay, to entice agri investors so as to produce more job opportunities and generate more community income as it is the advocacy of Sulong Sarangani program with Cong.
