The Sulong Sarangani flagship program of Gov. Solon, in partnership with Cong. Manny Pacquiao, Vice Gov. Jinkee Pacquiao, board members, and municipal officials, hopes to narrow the gaps by converging knowledge and resources with the private sector enabling the local government to benefit from globalization.
