GENERAL SANTOS CITY (September 3, 2014) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon emphasizes the need to establish an information system that will be beneficial to the water supply sector in the province so that the local government will know the type of assistance needed to improve the water service delivery and to increase access to improved drinking water supply to Sarangani residents during a workshop Monday, September 1, at Greenleaf Hotel. It was attended by municipal and provincial planning and development officers and their water focal persons, Sanggunian chairpersons on health, local health personnel, and organizers from the Water and Sanitation Program of the World Bank, which was commissioned by the National Water Resources Board to conduct a national survey, called “Listahang Tubig,” of all water utilities of all system level in the country.
